Gladys Graham’s life’s work has been in supporting the development and sustainability of positive school culture, high academic performance and effective school leadership. She excels at designing and conducting professional development for teachers and school leaders. Her current focus is to establish a clustered network of charter schools aligned with all components of The Children’s Guild Transformation Education school model. Prior to this, she served as a School Designer and Field Director for Expeditionary Learning, and facilitated the development of the programmatic mathematics platform and instructional supports.
